Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Free Plan
The basic invoice generator is completely free. No payment is required, and therefore no refund applies to the free plan.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings.
3. Cancellation
- You may cancel your paid subscription at any time.
- Upon cancellation, you will continue to have access to paid features until the end of your current billing period.
- No further charges will be made after cancellation.
- Your saved data (invoices, clients) will remain accessible until the end of the billing period, after which your account will revert to the free plan.
4. Refund Policy
- Within 7 days of first payment: If you are not satisfied with the paid plan, you may request a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. This applies only to the first subscription payment.
- After 7 days: No refunds will be issued for the current billing period. You may cancel to prevent future charges.
- Renewals: Renewal charges are non-refundable. Please cancel before the renewal date if you do not wish to continue.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us through our Contact Us page within 7 days of your first payment. Include your registered email address and reason for the refund. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
6. Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in cases of:
- Violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- Account termination due to misuse.
- Failure to cancel before the renewal date.
